2020 was an unparalleled year of stress, anxiety, innovation, determination, and pain all wrapped into one package. During the international emergency vital information was required to be relayed in real-time. In the early days of March 2020, a variety of infographics were created to help staff transition to a fully remote posture.

Each graphic targeted different audiences from internal stakeholders to the general public. The overall tone follows the overarching brand standards and guidelines of the organization, while more public-facing work is able to relax and appear more conversational.
